How I handle your data.

The short version. If you sign up to hear from me, you will only get an email when I have something genuinely worth sharing, never more than that. You can unsubscribe at any time, with one click, no questions asked. I never sell, rent or trade your details to anyone else. If you want to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, just email me and I will sort it out.
This site is run by Carolina Herrera, who also runs A Life Redesign, based in Bangkok, Thailand. I'm what's known as the "data controller", simply the person responsible for deciding what personal data is collected here and why. You can reach me directly at aliferedesign.now@gmail.com about anything in this policy.
I only collect what I need to do the thing you have asked for. Here is every place on this site that collects personal data:

Practitioners listed in the directory are shown a different way: their name, qualifications, region, languages and a link to their own site are professional information they have supplied to be included, not personal data collected from a site visitor.
Replying to a message you sent, or delivering a tool you have paid for, is done because you asked me to and it's necessary to give you what you requested. Adding you to my mailing list happens only with your consent, given when you submit your email into a sign-up form and confirm it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, ever. To run this site, a small number of trusted service providers process data on my behalf, only for the purpose stated above:
Each of these is based outside Thailand, in the United States. I've chosen established providers who publish their own security and data-protection commitments, and your data only ever goes to them for the specific purpose listed above. If you'd like a copy of a provider's data processing terms, just email me.
This site is served only over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS). I do not store payment or card details anywhere on this site. That happens entirely on Stripe's own checkout page.
This site does not run advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and video is shown through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, so each of those can set a cookie when a page loads or a video plays. The newsletter form and Stripe checkout can also set cookies while you use them. None of this is used to build an advertising profile of you.

This site and its services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from children.
If I change how I handle your data, I will update this page and change the date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
